Collivo — Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Collivo platform, website, and related services (the "Services"). It forms part of, and is incorporated into, the Collivo Terms of Service (the "Terms"), and capitalised terms used here have the meaning given in the Terms. If you use the Services as, or on behalf of, an Organisation, you are responsible for your Authorized Users' compliance with this AUP. Breaching this AUP is a breach of the Terms and may lead to removal of content, suspension, or termination (see the Terms, "Term, Suspension and Termination").

1.Your responsibility

You must use the Services lawfully and only for their intended purpose. You are responsible for all activity under your Account, for your User Content, and for ensuring your Authorized Users comply with this AUP. You must comply with all laws applicable to your use, and with the terms of the third-party services that power the features you use (see section 6).

2.Prohibited content

You must not use the Services to create, upload, store, share, or generate content that:

is unlawful, or facilitates unlawful activity;
is child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualises or exploits minors, or is otherwise harmful to children;
is non-consensual intimate imagery (including sexual deepfakes) or depicts an identifiable person in a sexual manner without their consent;
infringes or misappropriates any third party's intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
is harassing, abusive, threatening, or defamatory, or that promotes violence or hatred against individuals or groups;
is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading; or
contains malware or other harmful code, or is designed to damage or interfere with any system or data.

3.Prohibited conduct

You must not:

use the Services to violate any law or any third party's rights;
probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of, or breach or circumvent, any security or access controls;
interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Services or the infrastructure that runs them;
reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Services, except where this restriction is prohibited by law;
access non-public areas of the Services, or other users' accounts or content, without authorisation;
scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Services other than as expressly permitted;
impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation (including by manipulating headers or identifiers);
send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or harvest contact details for that purpose; or
use the Services to build, train, or benchmark a product or service that competes with Collivo.

4.AI features — acceptable use

The Services include AI features (an AI assistant and AI image generation). In addition to the rules above, you must not use the AI features or their Outputs to:

generate any prohibited content listed in section 2 (including CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, or other illegal content);
attempt to disable, bypass, or circumvent safety filters, content controls, or usage limits;
develop, train, fine-tune, or improve a competing AI model or service, or to extract or replicate the underlying models;
generate content intended to deceive or cause harm — for example, disinformation presented as fact, malware, or instructions that facilitate serious physical harm;
make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on a person without appropriate human review; or
submit sensitive personal, financial, health, or other regulated information in image-generation prompts.

You are responsible for reviewing AI Outputs before relying on them, and for how you use them (see the Terms, "AI Features and Outputs").

5.Connected accounts and uploads

If you connect a third-party account (for example, Google, Microsoft, Box, or GitHub) or upload or import content, you must have all rights and consents necessary to do so — including for any other people's personal information the content contains (such as calendar attendees or email correspondents). You must comply with the terms of the connected service and must not use the Services to access data you are not authorised to access.

6.Third-party service rules (flow-downs)

Because parts of the Services are powered by third parties, you must also comply with their rules when you use the relevant features:

AI model providers — your use of the AI assistant is subject to the usage policies of the underlying model providers (for example, Anthropic and OpenAI), and you must comply with them.
Web search — search results provided through the Services may not be stored, cached, or compiled into a database beyond what is transiently needed to operate the feature, may not be used to train or evaluate AI models, and may not be redistributed.
Stock images — stock images are provided under the Unsplash License; you must keep any displayed attribution and must not sell unaltered copies or use them to build a competing image service.
Infrastructure — you must not use the Services in any way that would breach the acceptable-use policies of our hosting and infrastructure providers.

7.Child safety

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material and the sexual exploitation of children. We apply available safety measures, remove such material, preserve it where the law requires, and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), the Australian eSafety Commissioner, and other authorities as required by law. We also operate a notice-and-removal process for non-consensual intimate imagery. (See the Terms, sections 9.3 and 17.)

8.Reporting abuse or infringement

To report content or conduct that violates this AUP — including alleged copyright infringement, non-consensual intimate imagery, or a child-safety concern — contact us at support@collivo.com. Formal copyright notices may also be submitted as described in the Terms ("Intellectual Property; Copyright Complaints"). We prioritise reports involving child safety and non-consensual intimate imagery.

9.Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including removing or disabling content, issuing warnings, and suspending or terminating Accounts or Authorized Users. For serious violations — including illegal content, security threats, or where required by law — we may act immediately and without prior notice, and may report the matter to law enforcement. 10.Changes to this Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Because this AUP forms part of the Terms, changes are handled the way the Terms describe: for material changes, we will give you reasonable advance notice and ask you to review and accept the updated AUP before you continue using the Services, and we will not treat your continued use alone as acceptance of a material change. Non-material changes take effect on the stated effective date, and your continued use of the Services after that date constitutes acceptance.
